I am recruiting a part-time Receptionist for my client in Stonehouse Gloucestershire. You will be professional and organised in your approach to the role. Previous experience in a reception role or admin-based position required.
Due to the nature of the business a security clearance is required which will be done by the company subject to offer.
- 1. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting of visitors to the site.
- 2. Opening of daily post and distribution to departments.
- 3. Administration Duties
- 4. You will be taking calls via a switchboard and connecting calls to relevant members of staff.
- 5. Organising meeting rooms
- 6. Arranging refreshments for staff and visitor
- 7. Management of security passes
