We are seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate and manage work orders, ensuring jobs are logged, updated, and progressed efficiently through internal systems.

This role involves working across multiple platforms, handling communications, and supporting team workload coordination to help ensure service levels are met.

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and organised individual who can provide a professional helpdesk service, build positive working relationships, and support operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update work orders within Maximo and other internal systems.
  • Log jobs, track progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and obtain updates where required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications.
  • Monitor priority jobs, including P1 incidents with response requirements of 2 to 4 hours.
  • Coordinate workloads and support the management of the team.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative activities.
  • Support the Helpdesk function by accurately logging client calls and emails and responding to operational requirements.

  • Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
  • IT literate.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
