A multinational GP network seeks an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Primary Care Network across multiple GP practices.
You will deliver high-quality nursing care including cervical screening, childhood and travel immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management, while supporting well woman/man clinics and health promotion.
You will work with a team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, using EMIS and following evidence-based practice and clinical governance.
