Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who:
- is a committed and practising Catholic who will nurture the Catholic ethos of our school
- is able to lead an inclusive and positive culture to drive an aspirational curriculum for all
- is an experienced leader with the interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with staff, children, parents, parish and governors
- is a highly effective leader who can manage and organise the personnel, financial and professional needs of the school’s resources and staff
