The predicted salary is between 37035 - 45265 Β£ per year.

An opportunity has arisen for a deputy team manager within a Community Mental Health, providing specialist mental health care to the population of Stockport. The Secondary Care CMHT support residents with severe and enduring mental health conditions. This is an exciting time for Stockport CMHT as we are currently undergoing a transformation within our service as part of the National Transformations of community services and the local Living Well developments.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the CMHT team manager in managing and coordinating the Community Mental Health Team and ensuring that the team works cohesively and meets its objectives in the most effective and efficient way. The post-holder will act as a named worker for a reduced caseload of mental health service users who have complex needs, providing holistic assessment, interventions, risk assessments and care plans.

To support the team manager in ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with the Professionals Code of Conduct and reflects the requirements of Pennine Care.
