Responsibilities
- Help students achieve an appropriate balance of activities of everyday living and academic-related tasks.
- Improve organisational skills such as time management.
- Assist students in preparing for their deadlines by breaking down tasks into smaller parts.
- Help manage anxiety and cope with stress caused by study-related issues and/or everyday living.
- Support students in reflecting on their own experiences.
- Improve students' confidence by building on their existing strengths.
- Assist in preparing students for new experiences which they may be nervous about.
- Work closely with Randstad to ensure any concerns with students are communicated as soon as possible.
- Behave in a professional and confidential manner at all times.
Requirements
- This is a specialist role, so you must have membership of at least one of the following organisations at the level(s) indicated.
- £28 pay per hour.
