We are recruiting for a Theatre Team Leader who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. We have a role available as Theatre Team Leader Robotics Surgery and Urology Specialities.

The Theatre Team Leader will commit to providing safe and cost-efficient, quality patient care through effective team working. The post holder will be expected to function clinically within the Main Operating Theatres, Treatment Centre, Day Surgery Unit and other associated areas as required. The post holder should have sufficient knowledge and experience with Robotic surgeries and Non-Robotic Urology.

The post holder will continuously maintain health, safety and control of infection in clinical work areas. Assist in the care for patients undergoing a variety of elective Robotics and non-robotics (Urology, Gynae, Colorectal, ENT and General Surgery) and Emergency procedures. Receive, transfer and position patients for clinical procedures. The successful candidate will ensure equipment, supplies and waste is kept to a minimum.

The post holder will possess the ability to work in any of the Theatre areas according to service needs, regardless of which theatre department they are based in, although it is anticipated that staff do permanently work in the department they are employed to be based in.
