We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused
Admin / Hospitality Coordinator to support the smooth running of hospitality services and provide high-quality administrative support.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate hospitality events, meetings and catering services
- Manage bookings, emails, invoices and purchase orders
- Support excellent customer service and guest experiences
- Manage systems including
Eprofit, Kronos and Kappture
- Monitor stock, finance records and hospitality paperwork
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT when required
- Support and train colleagues on new systems and technology
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints
What you’ll bring
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of
Excel and Word
- Confidence using systems and technology
- Good attention to detail, particularly with invoices and records
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Awareness of
Health & Safety, GDPR and confidentiality
You’ll need to be flexible to support the needs of the business, particularly during busy periods and events.
