The Company & Culture
We are partnering with a highly respected, team-oriented environmental consultancy consisting of 22 close-knit staff members. They pride themselves on high staff retention and a fair, supportive culture where the ability to get along with your colleagues is a critical factor in their hiring process. Due to a booming housing market and a high volume of commercial contracts, they are looking to expand their operations locally across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. This could be a great opportunity for any surveyor living locally to these areas.
The Role
Are you an early-career surveyor looking to break out of the monotonous daily grind? A massive benefit of this role is that you won't be stuck on the same type of project forever; staff are actively rotated out of housing projects and into commercial work to maintain engagement and provide a refreshing change of pace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial buildings.
- Managing an achievable workload of five to six houses per day during housing project stints.
- Learning and adapting to the company's highly bespoke internal processes and data collection methods.
- Undertaking routine re-inspections and updating asbestos registers for clients.

You will be provided with a brand-new, fully equipped company van, consisting of a mix of 74 or 75-plate Peugeot and Citroen models.
Next-Level Tech
Vehicles come fully stocked with all necessary gear, including three sets of ladders, endoscopes, and drones. The drones are primarily used for safely capturing high-level photographs and footage during commercial projects.
About You
You must hold the (or UKATA equivalent) and possess a full UK driving licence.
