Workforce Information Support Officer (Band 3)
Alongside the Workforce Information Analyst this role will provide support to the Workforce Information Team which is a joint service with Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The role involves answering queries over the phone and via email from employees and line managers and assisting with ESR queries such as assisting with login queries and supporting managers with ESR.
You will also be responsible for running routine and ad-hoc reports from ESR and manipulating the data in Excel so that it is presented in a easily understandable format.
