Applewood Lodge is a specialist residential home providing high-quality care and support for children and young people up to the age of 18 with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. What You'll Be Working
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available on both Days and Waking Nights.
- 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)

- Working across a 7-day rota, including alternate weekends

What You'll Be Doing
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care and support.
- Assist with daily routines, personal care (where required), mealtimes and household responsibilities.
- Support children to attend education, appointments and community activities.
- Encourage independence and help young people develop life skills.
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour through nurturing relationships.
- Safeguard children and always promote their welfare.
- Work collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals.
- Complete accurate daily records, reports and care documentation.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Management to ensure continuity of care.
