The Learning Support team has a unique and exciting opportunity to conduct psychometric testing that can provide our learners with SEND the evidence required for exam access arrangements. You will be a highly motivated, extremely organised and dedicated individual working closely with teachers and learners to provide inclusive and challenging support strategies that enable our learners with SEND to maximise their full potential. A strong team player with a real desire to help young people and adults, you will have previous teaching experience and be qualified to conduct access arrangement assessments. However, the right candidate will be supported to gain a level 7 EAA qualification in the first nine months of your appointment, if you do not hold one already.
Essential qualifications:
- A degree or professional qualification
- Level 5 teaching qualification
- Level 2 English and maths qualification
- Level 7 Exam access arrangement qualification (or achieve within 9 months of starting)
