**INTERNAL MPFT ONLY** People Partnering & Transformation Officer
The People Partnering and Transformation Officer will support the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy through the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects, transformation programmes and organisational improvement initiatives.
Project and Transformation Management Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of people and transformation projects, ensuring agreed milestones and outcomes are achieved.
Maintain project documentation, identify risks and issues, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
People Partnering and Transformation Work with Strategic People Business Partners and managers to support delivery of workforce and organisational priorities.
Undertake research, analysis and project support activities to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery and organisational change.
Support workshops, engagement activities, meetings and presentations, communicating information clearly and professionally.
Reporting, Analysis and Systems Produce reports, presentations and workforce information to support programmes, projects and strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and use project management and Microsoft Office systems to support delivery and evaluation.
Leadership and Values Demonstrate Trust values and behaviours, promoting collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Work proactively and independently to manage priorities and contribute to the successful delivery of the People Strategy.
