Key Responsibilities
- Stock
- Receive, check, and accept deliveries to our warehouse, helping to keep records of incoming orders.
- Maintain relevant paperwork as orders are dispatched to stores and customers.
- Ensure stock is put away and replenished in accordance with company guidelines. This could include using machinery to put orders away (at height).
- Order picking for each of our businesses. This could include picking orders for stores, or individual customer orders for our ecommerce business.
- Packing orders for our online store.
This includes making sure the correct products have been selected and sent, adding personalization (where needed), and wrapping purchases to a high standard.
- Feeding back any issues with orders or stock levels to colleagues and our Management Team, to make sure a quality service is provided to our customers.
- Keeping our warehouse clean, tidy, and organized, and shrinkage to a minimum level.
- Checking machinery and vehicles, and reporting any defects or issues as soon as possible.
- Delivering stock to our retail outlets using company vehicles (where agreed with the Warehouse Management Team, this could include making deliveries to our London sites).
- People
- Participate in daily briefings and be aware of all activity within the department.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
- Take responsibility for own personal development through coaching from line managers.
- Carry out any reasonable tasks at the request of the Warehouse Management Team.
- Administration
- Avoid loss through the efficient handling of product and packaging.
- Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring strict standards are maintained.
- Ensure Warehouse work is accurate and up to date.
- Support and assist on all stock counts.
