I am currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Team Manager to lead supported housing services for adults experiencing homelessness.
About the role:
- You will oversee two supported housing services, providing safe, inclusive environments where residents can develop their independence and work towards a more stable future.
- You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day running of both schemes
- Supporting residents to maintain their accommodation and develop independence
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming and well managed environment
- Working closely with support teams and external agencies
- Managing housing, health and safety, and service standards
- Supporting staff to deliver high quality services
- Promoting positive outcomes for residents and helping them move towards greater independence
