Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal parts requests
- Promote excellent customer experience at all times
- Handle sales of parts both in branch and externally
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries efficiently
- Report stock damages or losses immediately to management
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
- Support stock management and stock control activities
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and customer expectations
