About the role
You will provide first and second-line support for designated systems while developing knowledge across multiple applications, providing resilience within the team whilst supporting the wider business improvement initiatives.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the Planning service, ensuring business requirements are met through the effective administration, maintenance, and development of Uniform (IDOX) and associated applications, including IDMT, DMS, Gazetteer, Public and Consultee Access, TLC, and Enterprise.
You will work closely with service areas to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and deliver solutions that enhance service delivery.
