Responsibilities

  • Help students achieve an appropriate balance of activities of everyday living and academic-related tasks.
  • Improve organisational skills such as time management.
  • Assist students in preparing for their deadlines by breaking down tasks into smaller parts.
  • Help manage anxiety and cope with stress caused by study-related issues and/or everyday living.
  • Help students reflect on their own experiences.
  • Improve students' confidence by building on their existing strengths.
  • Assist in preparing students for new experiences which they may be nervous about.
  • Work closely with Randstad to ensure any concerns with students are communicated as soon as possible.
  • Behave in a professional and confidential manner at all times.

Requirements

  • This is a specialist role, so you must have membership of at least one of the following organisations at the level(s) indicated.
  • £28 pay per hour.
