We are seeking a Community Care Officer (Level 2) to join our Learning Disability Team. Join a team that puts people first! Currently, there is 1 full-time Community Care Officer vacancy available in the South Learning Disability Team, based at The Vista, Spalding. This is a community-based role, and you will need access to a vehicle and be able to travel across the South Lincolnshire area. The team covers Sleaford, Spalding, Grantham, Stamford and Bourne.
