We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to join us on the journey at Rockliffe Hall. Rockliffe Hall stands at a defining moment, with a landmark multimillion-pound transformation already underway, reimagining the entire resort experience, creating a place where quiet luxury meets northern spirit. The Role

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all Spa guests entering Rockliffe and an integral member of the Guest Service Team. You will ensure a smooth and seamless service is provided to all internal and external customers. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills both with guests and colleagues at all levels whilst maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.
