The predicted salary is between 39133 - 47829 Β£ per year.

Location: St Albans or Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1BW

Working as part of a team ensuring that the daily administration tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. The post holder will be flexible in order to meet the requirements of the service.

To communicate with professionals and the general public with tact and sensitivity. Follow the Standard Operational Procedures for duties delegated to you. Not all duties are routine, and you will need to use your knowledge, experience and understanding to take decisions within your area of responsibility and be confident in escalating situations promptly when needed.

Always maintain patient privacy and dignity in the delivery of compassionate and personalised care. Maintain accurate records relating to communication with patients, relatives, and members of the Multidisciplinary team regarding all aspects of care demonstrating a range of appropriate communication skills, written and verbal.
