Southend City Council is seeking a part-time Personal Advisor on an agency contract. The role is 30 hours per week with hybrid working, but on-site at the Civic Centre for a minimum of 3 days each week.
You will work with care leavers to create personalised pathway needs assessments and pathway plans, acting as an advocate and coordinating with partner agencies to secure housing, education, employment and health support.
A driving licence is essential as some travel outside Essex may be required.
