We are recruiting to replace a member of the End User Devices team.
This team works as part of UHS Digital with a focus on hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, tablets, and other supplementary digital equipment that isn't classed as a medical device.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues both face to face and remotely, and also work with the asset management team to ensure tracking of our digital assets.

Provide 2nd line support for all assigned systems and / or hardware, including fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of complex issues.
This could include making edits to database records and configuration files, and reporting issues to software development teams.
Make configuration changes, or data corrections within assigned systems and / or hardware as required.
Ensure that calls that are referred onto 3rdparty suppliers for a resolution are monitored and have progress updates until resolution.
Process and resolve user service requests for relevant systems and / or hardware.
