This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high quality, compassionate care for children and young people within Bursledon House.
The Band 5 nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating evidence-based care while ensuring the safety, dignity and well-being of patients and their families.
The post holder contributes to excellent patient outcomes, supports continuous service improvement and upholds the Trust's values and standards.
The role reports to the ward leader and works closely with the wider MDT to provide safe, effective and person-centred care.
