What you’ll do:
- As a deputy, be responsible for coordinating the daily management of nursing activities within Radiology departments including pre-assessment of patients undergoing radiological rapid recovery/day case/inpatient interventions.
- Act as a role model, demonstrate clinical expertise and ensure high standards of care are maintained and nursing resources are allocated and utilised effectively.
- Encourage effective working relationships and the development of a cohesive team within the clinical speciality.
- Take active participation in the management of theatre sessions, care of patients pre, peri, post complex procedures and co-ordination/care of acute patients visiting other areas of the Department for imaging procedures.

- As a member of the team, we will provide you with training opportunities to develop skills in history taking and physical assessment, taking an active role in seeing, treating, and discharging patients and communicating with members of the wider MDT.
