We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Parts Advisor on behalf of a reputable dealership or bodyshop in Southampton, Hampshire.
This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in parts advising to join a busy and well-established team.
The ideal individual will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties of a Parts Advisor
- Assisting customers and technicians with parts identification and availability
- Managing parts orders efficiently through Autoflow systems and other dealership software
- Ensuring quick turnaround times to meet bodyshop demands
- Maintaining accurate parts inventory records
- Providing excellent customer service and technical knowledge to all clients
- Supporting the workshop team in daily operations and parts supply
- Ensuring parts-related processes adhere to quality standards and company procedures
Requirements of a Parts Advisor
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a bodyshop or automotive environment
- Strong knowledge of Autoflow and bodyshop parts processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Proactive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Experience with dealership or workshop management systems
