Mavacamten is a new medication which is designed to treat hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
The Mavacamten MDT Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of patients who are on this treatment.
There is a close multidisciplinary team who care for the patient who are being initiated or are on Mavacamten.
These patients are monitored closely via the Mavacamten clinic.
The role includes the booking of the Mavacamten clinic, the coordination of the Mavacamten inbox and other admin tasks related to this service.
The role reports to the Access Manager and will require collaboration with Cardiology Consultants, Physiologists and Pharmacists.
