University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with us. We are recruiting for a team lead for our End User Devices team. This person will share leadership responsibilities alongside one other post - reporting into the Digital Operations Manager. This role focuses on day-to-day team management, ticket allocation, managing our internally developed VDI platform and working across other digital teams including the IT Service Desk.

This role is responsible for leading and supporting an operational support team ensuring operational effectiveness of the Trust’s digital systems. Lead on day-to-day management of the team including resources, capacity planning, efficiencies and incidents. Maintaining and co-ordinating a high standard of operational service delivery to the users ensuring continuity and achievement of KPIs.
