Who are we looking for?

We are seeking someone who has an eye for detail and is able to support the administration of exams-based activity.

We need someone with good attention to detail who can understand regulations from the awarding organisations that we work with.

We need someone who can foster great working relationships with colleagues who have diverse experience levels.

The post holder needs to have strong IT skills.

What will I be doing as an Exams Administrator at Nacro?

As a key member of exams team, you will be working closely with the exams officer at Nacro to complete the administration required that supports the delivery of our qualifications.

This will include registrations, certification and the processing of exam entries.

You will also be supporting with the running of exams days which will include planning, preparation and general administration.

You may also act as an invigilator as required.

Duties include (but are not limited to)

  • Processing registration, exam entries and certification claims using a range of awarding organisation systems.
  • General administrative support to the exams function.
  • Supporting with the coordination and running of exams and other assessments.
  • Providing administrative support for post-results services.
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings

Requirements for this role

  • Experience in administration in an education setting.
  • Experience of supporting others to follow processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, 365 and Teams
  • All candidates will require an enhanced DBS check
