We are recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager, Autocentre Manager or Fast Fit Manager to lead a busy automotive service centre in Southampton. Applicants must have previous Centre Manager or Assistant Manager experience within a fast-fit or automotive environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am–4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the automotive service centre and coordinate workloads
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 workshop and front-of-house staff
- Drive sales, revenue and centre profitability
- Deliver high standards of customer service across the site
- Monitor centre performance and implement improvements where required
- Manage stock control, stock security and operational costs
- Ensure Health & Safety, centre presentation and company standards are maintained
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
- Experience managing automotive workshop or service centre operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Good customer service and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
