We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Crisis Support Worker (Band 3)within the Crisis, Assessment & Home Treatment Team (CAHTT) in Ealing.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mental health care and committed to supporting individuals during periods of crisis.
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will be a valued member of a dynamic community service, gaining experience across a wide range of clinical presentations.
You will work on the frontline of crisis mental health support, responding quickly and effectively to patients’ needs and contributing to assessments and brief home-based interventions.
The service also delivers short-term support for individuals with lower-level mental health difficulties for up to three months.
Our aim is to develop motivated, skilled staff who work in partnership with patients and help strengthen positive relationships within the community.
We highly value the knowledge and compassion our staff bring and are committed to making a meaningful difference to the lives of those we support.
You will work with local services, including the Single Point of Access team, who triage all new referrals into CAHTT.
The post operates within a24‑hour rota, and you will be required to work a range of shifts to ensure continuous, high-quality care is available 365 days a year.
