We're recruiting on behalf of an established engineering service provider delivering reliable maintenance solutions to industrial manufacturing clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in South Molton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or someone with an electrical or mechanical engineering background who wants to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
You will be involved in planned maintenance, breakdown support, machinery repairs and improvement projects, helping to ensure customer operations continue running safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will receive support through in-house and certificated training programmes where required, providing the opportunity to develop technically and progress within the business.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will
- Support planned maintenance activities, breakdown response and machinery repairs.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Support system upgrades and engineering improvement projects where required.
- Help minimise downtime by responding proactively to engineering issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and equipment performance.
- Ensure machinery operates safely and effectively.
- Work within a safe working environment and follow company procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of an experienced engineering team.
