We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef or strong CDP to join our kitchen team at The Agricultural Inn, near Exeter. The Agi is an award-winning countryside pub and restaurant where everything is cooked fresh, using quality local and seasonal produce. We’re a busy, independent family business with a supportive team, ambitious menus and plenty of opportunity for the right chef to make their mark.
You’ll work closely with our Head Chef, helping to lead the kitchen, maintain consistently high standards and develop exciting seasonal dishes, specials and events.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy, fresh-food kitchen
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients and great cooking
- Confidence supporting and motivating a kitchen team
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Someone reliable, positive and calm under pressure
