As a leading Service Integrator of Cloud/SaaS Solutions, Route 101 consistently delivers outstanding levels of Consumer & Employee Satisfaction through the deployment of next generation customer experience platforms. Delivering a frictionless experience between consumer and supplier, we can increase revenue whilst lowering “cost to serve”. We are looking for a Solution Value Consultant to work alongside our solution consulting team to engage with both existing & prospective customers to produce compelling propositions.
Identifying the current costs to serve, you will work alongside our solution consultants to identify the impact of the deployment of our solutions by creating compelling business case/ROI models. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with both new & existing customers for Route 101. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of a client's customer contact/engagement operating model and identify tangible business benefits which would be attributed to the successful deployment of our cloud-based SaaS solutions into their Enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with people across all levels of a business. You will be able to identify customer needs and promote Route 101’s solutions for mutual benefit. A solid foundation of financial modelling, along with an ability to collaborate with prospective clients and our solution consultants to understand the “current state” of their “cost to serve” their customers/consumers. The candidate would then work with the internal & external stakeholders to build a compelling business case for transformation, resulting in the deployment of our proposition into their Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solid and trusting relationships with key individuals within Route 101, our prospects and clients.
- Key participant in all major bids, supporting and sales presentations either remotely or in person as and when required.
- Ad-hoc customer meetings as and when required.
- Ownership and development of a range of ROI/Business Case Models.
- Working closely with colleagues in the Sales, Solution Engineering, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure value of the Route 101 solution is measured and maximised.
- Ensure accuracy of data within business case models.
- Provide assistance on any major bid as and when required.
- Help to build costing, pricing & ROI schedules in line with customer requirements.
- Help to oversee the successful deployment of the solutions deployed, which could result in revisiting the submitted business case to ensure business benefits have been achieved.
