As a Social Worker within the Recovery Team, you will undertake assessments, reviews, support planning, and safeguarding activities, ensuring that practice is delivered in line with relevant legislation, guidance, policies, and procedures.
You will play a key role in empowering people to achieve positive outcomes while promoting choice, safety, and independence.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and experienced team, led by dedicated managers and senior practitioners who are committed to your professional growth.

What you'll need to succeed
To be shortlisted for this position, you will
- Hold a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Be registered with Social Work England.
- Have experience of working within Adult Social Care.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply strengths-based and asset-based approaches to assessment, care planning, and review.
- Have experience of, or a sound understanding of, the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and adult safeguarding processes.
- Be able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues, partner agencies, voluntary organisations, and private sector providers.
- Be committed to continuous professional development, lifelong learning, and delivering high-quality practice.
- Hold a driving licence and have use of a car.
