Hair by Zindzi is looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and turn great hair into great content.

You’ll help build our community, increase engagement, generate enquiries and turn social media into a powerful channel for bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
  • Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions and campaigns
  • Capture hair transformations, client experiences, products and behind-the-scenes content
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds and short-form video formats
  • Manage the content calendar and posting schedule
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
  • Track analytics and identify what's driving the best results
  • Support paid and organic social campaigns
  • Maintain an organised library of photo and video content

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video
  • Is confident filming and editing content
  • Has a strong eye for hair, beauty, fashion and visual content
  • Is creative, organised, energetic and full of ideas
  • Understands trends and what makes content shareable
  • Can take an idea from concept to finished post

Previous hair, beauty or fashion experience is desirable but not essential.
