We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Repair Technician to join a reputable main dealer bodyshop located in the Stoke area. The successful SMART Repairer will have a strong background in accident repair, panel, or paint work, and be adept at performing cosmetic repairs across a variety of vehicle types.

Duties of a Smart Repairer:
- Perform a variety of cosmetic repairs including painting, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
- Carry out stripping, refurnishing, and refinishing tasks, maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the manufacturer’s specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of repair work and liaise with the workshop team
- Follow health and safety protocols throughout all repair activities
- Contribute to a positive team environment by ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks
Requirements of a Smart Repairer:
- Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician, ideally within an accident repair or panel/paint environment
- A demonstrated ability to perform multi-skilled cosmetic repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Professional attitude and a genuine passion for automotive repair
