- Attend roadside breakdowns and emergency callouts.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle faults quickly and accurately.
- Carry out roadside repairs, including batteries and tyres.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and determine repair options.
- Provide safe and efficient roadside assistance to customers.
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide reassurance during breakdown situations.
- What you’ll need to be considered for the Roadside Technician role
- Must have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification hands‑on experience with vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- A customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
