An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Manager to join the award-winning Spa at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa, nestled within the beautiful Bolton Abbey Estate. Reporting to the Resident Manager, you will lead the Spa team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and the highest operational standards.
The Role
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Spa, leading and developing the team while creating a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike. You will work closely with the wider hotel management team to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth and maintain exceptional service standards. You will oversee recruitment, training, health & safety compliance, guest satisfaction and the delivery of Spa treatments, facilities and services. The role also requires a strong focus on team development, customer care and maintaining a high-quality Spa environment that reflects the standards of The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa.
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have previous management experience within a quality spa, leisure or hospitality environment, together with a passion for wellbeing and exceptional customer service. You will be a confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
