Working in a fun and vibrant environment, you will be tasked with:
- Outbound calls to new and existing customers (warm) and task management
- Providing quotes and converting sales
- Account Managing clients in order to ensure repeat business
- Assisting customers with general queries
- Working to targets
- Conduct Customer care calls
- Upselling and cross selling additional products and services
