As Café Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Coppice Café at Beacon Country Park, ensuring customers receive an excellent experience in a welcoming environment.

This is a varied role combining kitchen operations, customer service, event bookings, and administration.

The position is contracted at 24 hours per week and works on a 7-day rota basis.

While some weekend working is required, this is typically expected to be no more than every other weekend, with most shifts taking place during the week.

We are committed to offering flexibility where possible to support both the needs of the service and our employees.

You will prepare and serve food and drinks in line with food hygiene and safety standards, handle cash and card transactions, maintain stock levels, and support the cleanliness and presentation of the café.

You will also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and event bookings, responding professionally by phone, email, and in person.

Alongside this, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining records, processing bookings, and supporting the smooth operation of café and event activities.
