Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business located near Skegness. This is an on-going role with a 3-day working week. Required days can change to accommodate the right candidate but will be between Monday and Friday.

Location: Outskirts of Skegness (PE24)

Salary: Β£12.83 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating within a busy production environment
  • Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
  • Handling materials and components throughout the production process
  • Carrying out manual handling duties as required
  • Following company quality standards and production procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
  • Adhering to all health and safety policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced setting
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
  • Excellent reliability and punctuality
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Own transport is required due to the location of the site
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
  • Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

Working Hours

  • Day shifts only, no weekends.
  • Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
  • Full-time permanent hours
