Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business located near Skegness. This is an on-going role with a 3-day working week. Required days can change to accommodate the right candidate but will be between Monday and Friday.
Location: Outskirts of Skegness (PE24)
Salary: Β£12.83 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating within a busy production environment
- Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
- Handling materials and components throughout the production process
- Carrying out manual handling duties as required
- Following company quality standards and production procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced setting
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Own transport is required due to the location of the site
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods
Working Hours
- Day shifts only, no weekends.
- Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
- Full-time permanent hours
