Manpower is currently recruiting for an Experienced Production Operative to join one of our well-established clients based on the outskirts of Skegness. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work during a busy and exciting seasonal period, with the potential for continuous employment.
Location
PE24 (between Croft and Wainfleet)
- Own transport is essential due to limited access and no public transport links
- On-site parking available
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Day shifts only
- Hours: 8:00am - up to 7:00pm (latest finish)
- £12.83 per hour
- Weekly pay
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key duties will include:
- Working within a production/manufacturing setting
- Packing, sorting, and handling materials
- Lifting larger items when required
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required
- Comfortable being on your feet for full-length shifts
Additional Requirements
- Own transport essential
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods when needed
