Role & Responsibilities:
- Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements.
- Manage and support the development of the QC team.
- Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory‑based quality role.
- Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products.
- Strong communicator and decision maker.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
- Internal auditing experience.
