We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Chemotherapy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and providing strong clinical leadership within a busy chemotherapy service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to ensure the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of care to patients receiving systemic anti-cancer treatments (SACT). You will act as a visible clinical leader, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and support to staff while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will develop and maintain strong partnerships to support the delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred service. You will be committed to promoting excellence in clinical practice.

A key requirement for this role is substantial experience in SACT, with current competency and an understanding of cancer treatments, toxicities, and the safe administration of chemotherapy. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical decision-making skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to continuous service improvement.
