What will I be doing?
As a Junior Spa Therapist at The Victoria Hotel, you will carry out a range of spa and beauty treatments, run Reception shifts and help to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness within our Spa.
Our guests should feel special at each visit and leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel and spa team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.
- Your working week will be four days over seven to include weekends, 9am to 7.30pm
- Carrying out a range of beauty and spa treatments, whilst ensuring all treatments conform to Company and industry standards/legislation
- Upselling products and services
- Working an on-line booking system and carrying out associated administrative duties whilst ensuring that guest confidentiality and GDPR regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professional presentation.
- Interaction and effective communication with all Spa Guests, Hotel Guests, Spa Team Members and the Victoria Hotel Team
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role as Junior Spa Therapist at The Victoria Hotel, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- Previous experience in a similar Spa preferable, but not essential
- Flexibility to work to the hours and needs of the business including shift, weekend and Bank Holiday work as well as covering shifts due to illness
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude to your colleagues, superiors and guests
