We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our friendly IT Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a recognised qualification, and develop practical skills supporting a wide range of technologies.
As part of the Shrewsbury School family of schools, the IT Apprentice will also have the opportunity to work with and support the School's three preparatory schools, gaining valuable experience across multiple educational settings and a diverse range of technologies and users.
What you'll do
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and pupils.
- Help resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and school technology systems.
- Assist with IT projects, device deployments, and classroom technology.
- Work across Shrewsbury School and our family of three preparatory schools, gaining valuable experience in a multi-site educational environment.
