We are looking to appoint a Digital Project Manager to lead a series of cutovers as part of our Digital Transformation Programme, which aims to digitise the patient record. The role will ensure a consistent approach to all go-lives and enhanced support periods, with a strong focus on both technical delivery and supporting system adoption. The post is offered on a fixed-term or secondment basis.

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level and hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification, or have equivalent experience. They will demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a logical and structured way, using strong analytical skills to support evidence-based decision making. There will be a requirement to work out of hours to support go-live and cutover activity.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage cutover, go-live, and enhanced support activities across multiple digital projects running in parallel.
  • Ensure each go-live follows a consistent, controlled approach, with clear plans, milestones, readiness checks, and escalation routes.
  • Coordinate adoption activities with clinical, operational, technical, and project teams to support safe and effective system transition.
  • Monitor progress, interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions across concurrent projects, providing clear updates to the Digital Programme Manager and Project Boards.
  • Produce and maintain key project documentation, including project plans, implementation plans, cutover plans, adoption plans, highlight reports, and risk register.
