Your new role
As a Data Capture Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and capturing information from various financial forms, including CGT, IHT and ISA/JISA documentation.
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of data while supporting operational reporting and client service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include
- Accurately capturing and validating data from client forms and documentation.
- Interpreting complex or non-standard information and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining trackers, control sheets and audit records to monitor progress and productivity.
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Supporting monthly reporting by tracking processing volumes and performance metrics.
- Identifying, documenting and escalating data errors or anomalies where appropriate.
- Using Excel and internal systems to manage workload and maintain accurate records.
- Participating in team meetings and providing updates on progress, performance and improvement opportunities.
- Working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives and service levels.
