This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Transformation team as a Clinical Systems Support Floorwalker, supporting staff across Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust and wider Group locations as we introduce and improve clinical digital systems.

You will play a visible, hands-on role in helping colleagues feel confident using new digital workflows in live clinical and operational settings. Working closely with trainers, project teams and frontline services, you will provide practical support, answer routine queries, reinforce training and escalate issues where needed.
